When I first began lifting weights regularly a couple of years ago, I had always dreamt of one day stepping on stage and competing in a bodybuilding show. However, I never thought that it would actually be possible. After all, bodybuilding and men’s physique competitions were only for the top athletes in the world, right? The best of the best. The elite. There was no way I would ever be able to make it to that level, I thought to myself.
Then I was referred to Stacy Wig.
When I first emailed Stacy and asked about online coaching, I didn’t even think she would take me in as a client because of (what I thought to be) my unrealistic goals. This was in January 2015, and I wanted to compete in a Men’s Physique Competition in May. At the time I weighed a fluffy 165 lbs at 5’6″. As you can see from the photos, I wasn’t in the greatest shape, to say the least. Fast forward 16 weeks and I was a shredded 148 lbs, up on stage with some of the top competitors and most impressive physiques in the country.

Prices were very fair compared to other coaches out there, most of whom are not nearly as qualified and experienced as Stacy.
